I have stated before just how much I hate anxiety medications. I feel as if they are just ruining anxiety and making anxiety much worse for you. It has been researched and studies have shown that long term use of drugs and alcohol can learn to severe anxiety disorders and even panic disorders. Social anxiety is also very easy to get. 5. Fear Fear can add massive amounts of anxiety to your daily life. If you are afraid of something and you have to deal with it. This can actually give you some bad anxiety. My best advice on this one is to stay away from anything that will expose you to your fears.
